Detailed Proposal
We present options, not ultimatums. If a repair extends your flat roof 5-10 years, that might be the smartest investment right now. If the insulation is waterlogged and the membrane is failing, replacement is the answer. We lay out the facts.
Membrane Installation
Our flat roof crew installs per manufacturer specifications and NRCA guidelines. TPO seams hot-air welded and probe-tested. Modified bitumen torch-applied in two plies. EPDM fully adhered with proper lap adhesive. Tapered insulation installed to create positive drainage.
Final Inspection
After installation, we verify drainage by checking water flow to all drain points. No ponding. Every seam tested. Manufacturer warranty registered, 15-20 year coverage depending on system and build-up.
